All Beasts & Super Beasts products are custom made to order. As the merchant, we handle all customer service directly.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every item is individually produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at paul_superbeasts@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
You do not need to return the item. We will review your claim and, where valid, arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Returns Address
If a return is ever required, we will provide you with the relevant address at the time of your claim.
