Shipping policy

1. Made to Order All Beasts & Super Beasts products are handmade to order by our fulfilment partner, Contrado. Please allow production time before your order is dispatched.
2. Production Times Most items are produced and dispatched within 2–3 business days (often sooner) of your order being placed.
3. Delivery Estimates Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 4–7 business days from order
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order. As a guide:
- UK standard delivery from £4.95
- International delivery (EU / North America) from £14.00
- Bulky items may incur higher rates
The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
6. Customs & Duties For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
